Everything you write here becomes the foundation your brain is built on. There are no wrong answers — this is about how you think, work, and want to be helped. Roughly 20–30 minutes. Answer in your own words; more detail means it sounds more like you.
“I am the Alpha and the Omega, the beginning and the end.” — Revelation 22:13
So we can reach you and set up your account.
The foundation — your world, your direction, and what drives you.
e.g. “Josh DePauw, co-owner of A&O Auto Care (Pottsboro/Celina, TX); partner in OperatorFlowAI & Alpha Omega.”
What does “winning” look like? The targets, the direction, the vision you're building toward.
The lines you won't cross, the kind of operator/company you never want to be. What stays true no matter what.
e.g. “customer value beats short-term revenue, every time.” The rule you fall back on for hard calls.
What lights you up (protect it) and what you'd hand off in a heartbeat (your brain absorbs it).
Optional but powerful. What matters to you at a values level — how you treat people, faith, integrity, generosity, rest.
Apps/systems you run (CRM, calendar, Tekmetric, Google, etc.), your ventures/clients/domains, and the people who matter. Spell names the way they should be saved.
The personality, voice, and rules of your brain.
Chief of staff? Operations analyst? Accountability partner? All of it? Describe the energy — e.g. “calm, precise, dry wit, never a yes-man.”
Optional — you can decide at launch. Brandon's is “Alfred.” A name makes it yours from day one.
Short and direct, or thorough and detailed? Formal or casual? “Explain like I'm 15” clarity? Humor welcome, or all business?
Do you want it to challenge your thinking, ask hard questions, and refuse to rubber-stamp bad ideas — or mostly execute what you ask? Where should it push hardest?
e.g. send messages/email, book appointments, spend money, or change any live system.
What information is sensitive (customer data, financials, private matters), and how should it err when unsure? Your brain runs fail-closed: when in doubt, it protects and asks. Tell us where that line is for you.
What it's for — the mission and the daily work.
If it did only one thing brilliantly, what would it be? e.g. “never let me lose a commitment or forget a customer detail again.”
e.g. memory keeper, morning briefings, pipeline/deal watchdog, follow-up tracker, note archivist, research. List what it should handle for you.
Your wake-me-up list. The handful of things that are always worth a ping the moment they happen.
Chat, voice, a morning brief, text on your phone, a dashboard — how you picture reaching it day to day.
e.g. “what did we promise this customer, and where do things stand?” The moment you'd know it earned its keep.
A few quick ones so we tailor and tier your managed brain. It runs always-on on our secure infrastructure — nothing for you to set up.
e.g. a morning brief waiting for you, overnight organizing, proactive alerts on the things you care about. What would earn its keep on autopilot?
Check all that fit — we'll set up what maps to your tier.
Helps us size it right — a shared team brain is its own setup.
Optional. Anything that didn't fit above — a quirk, a must-have, a worry.
Your Interview is in, and we're building your brain from here. A confirmation email is on its way, and we'll be in touch with your next steps. Welcome to Alpha Omega.
